Two summers ago our AC went out. We contacted Guaranteed Heating & Cooling based on recommendations of friends and weren't disappointed. Their response was quick and they assessed and made a recommendation, which matched the homework we had done in advance. The price was also very reasonable compared to alternatives we researched. Our 2025 spring semi-annual service call was equally satisfactory. The tech was on time, and called ten minutes before arriving. The visit was efficient and thorough for a winter pre-check. And last week we requested a follow up visit for an unusual noise. The owner came out and thankfully it was a simple fix and the visit still covered by our semi annual check. We prefer dealing with local family owned businesses and this is one we will continue to use. We have recommended this biz to several friends and neighbors, and four of them having used and let us know they were very pleased. Guaranteed Heating and Cooling is the best in the business! I had my furnace replaced which was over 20 years old and they did a wonderful job! It went out in the winter and one of their technicians came out and got the old one to run until the new one could be installed. Highly recommend to anyone! I just had a service visit under the service plan that I purchase every year. The technician found that the gas pressure entering my furnace was too high causing the heat exchanger to hit 160 degrees F. He told me it is due to all the new construction of homes in my area. If I wouldn’t have had the yearly inspection done it would have caused my heat exchanger to fail in 8 years or less. Highly recommend this company and also the purchase of their annual service plan! This is truly the definition of a family owned business. Ben Sr installed my gas furnace 4.5 years ago and young Ben came out to service it. He was very professional and courteous. He did not push anything on me and I love that. He gave me the brochure let me read about the service agreement then decide if I wanted to pay for a maintenance call or a service agreement..
